Service Description

Yoga Nidra & Cacao Ceremony Friday; 6th September 11th October 1st November 6th December Yoga Nidra meaning little sleep (although you don’t actually sleep), is the most powerful way to switch off and restore ourselves in a form of deep relaxation. You will be taken on a guided journey through the physical, energetic and mind bodies, slowly transitioning between waking and sleep. Enjoy an evening helping the mind & body let go of the old and stale in our lives, and thus granting us the vision to re-evaluate our true essence & move forward. We will begin with ceremonial Cacao and some gentle stretches to release tension from the body, connecting with our breath and prepare for laying in stillness. Ceremonial Cacao pairs beautifully with the practise of yoga Nidra. This Peruvian Cacao balances our energy by tuning us into the heart space and quieting our minds. It contains Anandamide, which improves mood and can act as light pain relief, Theobromine improves our focus and reduces inflammation in the body and Magnesium supports muscle and nerve function and improves sleep. It is so comforting (and delicious!) and supports the deep relaxation of the yoga Nidra practise allowing you some blissful time to tune inwards and retreat from the business of everyday. Tea will also be available if you prefer. Mats, blankets, eye pillows and bolsters are available but you are also welcome to bring your own. Do bring a cushion or pillow for your head.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
