Service Description

PSY-SOMA Breathwork - "Years of therapy in one session" PSY=MIND | SOMA=BODY = Magical PSY-SOMA breathwork is a powerful activated circular breathing technique with verbal guidance, rooted in neuroscience and somatic psychotherapy. It is highly experiential and embodied, allowing somatic processing of energy, emotions and stories long been held in the body. Breathing deeply, we flood the mind-body system with life force energy; combined with evocative music to facilitate altered states of consciousness and self-exploration. Our breath is a fundamental healer in altering our life experience. When loosening our minds grip and process what is held in our body, we begin to heal physical, emotional, and spiritual ailments, and feel more gratitude, connection, and creativity. After the breathing, there will be a period of relaxation and integration followed by a sharing circle and Q&A. Meet Suki, certified breath and somatic therapist and personal transformational coach. "I have been on a path of self-exploration since 2015, with a passion to help people create lasting and profound change in their physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. My expertise is fuelled by my own story, receiving a breast cancer diagnosis at aged 39, I delved into powerful healing modalities, but nothing as accessible and transformational as activated breathwork. The positive results were mind blowing and propelled a journey to share these powerful modalities empowering people to be their own healer." By attending the breathwork session, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and you are fully responsible for your own health and well-being.
