Service Description
Mother & Baby Yoga As a new mum, whether that’s for the first, second, or third time, your needs are important. Your recovery is important, and Carly loves to support you through it. After having a baby, your body needs nurturing and looking after, and a gentle and specific yoga practise is the perfect way to regain that strength through the core, pelvic floor, and back. Carly will guide you through postures to work these key areas, giving plenty of options depending on your stage of recovery and the type of birth you had. Using specific breathing techniques to encourage healing and build strength from the inside out. And you will be given lots of ideas on how to bring your baby into your practise and how to fit your yoga into your day. This is a practice for new mums that you can bring your baby to. We have yoga mats, a play mat and blankets ready for you and baby to come and enjoy yoga together. Suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 10 weeks post C-section, until baby starts crawling. Please bring baby in a sling or car seat as we don’t have space for buggies inside or outside.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
