Service Description

The Body needs Movement & the Mind needs Stillness. Meditation is a practice available to all, it can help reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and promote wellbeing. Learning how to meditate is straightforward, and the benefits can come quickly, however it takes practice and patience. Each week will be slightly different as we practice different forms of meditation. We will practice mindfulness and breathing meditation, sound and guided meditations and journeying. This is suitable for all levels. Class begins with a few gentle stretches to prepare the body for sitting or laying in stillness. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
