Service Description
This Gentle practice is perfect if you are a senior yogi, a beginner, have limited mobility, recovering from injury or you just want a softer, more nurturing, well supported practice. The poses are less intense, with laying down, seated and kneeling stretches and twists. You will still get all the physical and mental benefits, as well as the breath-work and mindfulness aspect of other classes. All classes start and end with breathing practice and relaxation. Hatha Yoga is an old system that includes most styles of Yoga. The practice of includes asanas, yoga postures, and pranayama, breathing work, which help bring peace and balance to the mind and body. A regular Yoga practice can improve strength, flexibility, and balance, reduce stress and provide many therapeutic benefits. All abilities welcome. The physical practice of Yoga is just one part of a Yogic lifestyle, which incorporates the eight limbs of yoga. We also work with the four elements and the 7 energy centers of the body, the Chakras. All sessions end in relaxation, allowing the mind and body to relax, restore and renew.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Everyone is responsible for cancelling or rescheduling their own booked classes. If you fail to turn up the class cannot be re-booked and payment is lost. Class reschedule or cancellations must be made 4 hours prior to class starting. We do not accept email or telephone cancellations. Manage your classes in 'My Bookings' To manage your booking simply go to 'My Bookings' from the drop down box at the top of the screen. From here you can reschedule to another day or you can cancel. If you cancel the session goes back to your basket to use another day. You must "spend" your plan within the time given.
